Subject: Advanced user guide

Hi - Mik Davis was asking about the Advanced User Guide - I've got both
the original Bray Dickens and Holmes one, and the Watford one for the Master.
I have also seen the New Advanced User Guide - I dont like it - in actual
fact I ordered it and sent it back. The problem is that they put all the
beeb, electron, master etc. stuff into around the same thickness which
use to have just the beeb stuff in. If you can find the original
thats the one you want!

The Watford one is fairly bad - it seems to be lashed together between
the old BBC Service manual,( to the point that there are a number of
blatant mistakes - stating stuff which just isn't true anymore )
it has a few things about the extra banked ram in the master - that
is useful. IT has structures of one or two file types.

It has a lot of junk concerning the second processors,
mainly the Z80 one - why I dont know because that was the only one
which was never intended for internal Master fitting.

Its possible redeming feature is the Master Circuit diagram.
