The source could be a problem.  Rockwell make 4MHz 6502's - that is the
fastest 'off the shelf' one that you can get.  A 10MHz 6502 design exists,
but not as an individual chip - i.e. if you're building your own custom IC,
and want a processor on it, you can get the 10MHz 6502 and connect it in,
but you can't get an 'off-the-shelf' 10MHz 6502 processor.  The 10MHz 6502
was used in the Macintosh IIfx as part of its serial port setup - so if you
can find a IIfx you might be able to strip it ;-)
