Thanks. I have in fact written to the BBC about this very subject but I 
wrote about a month ago and they haven't replied...

What else can I do? I really don't think Acorn would mind that much if I 
was copying the ROMs purely for the *development* of an emulator which I 
was (at this stage at least) not likely to earn any money from?
