Music 500 became Music 5000 with some improved software. Music 2000 was
released to become the MIDI interface - hardware seems to support MIDI IN
and OUT, software only MIDI OUT. So, by using Music 5000 and 2000 together,
you can play AMPLE music files and catch them as standard MIDI streams by
sucking them into another standard MIDI sequencer.

At the time, a marvellous Music System - the AMPLe language is still
unparalleled.
