Sorry for the late reply, but as I haven't seen any other mail on this
issue, and in case you're still looking for an answer:-

I had a rummage through my back issues of Acorn User last night.  (It
was reviewed in the June '86 issue).  Apparently Pagemaker Plus came as
a set of two ROMS + 3 discs.  To start it you need to boot off one of
these discs using SHIFT-BREAK.  Do you have these discs?
