I have done it with my Risc PCs high density drive, which works fine on an
8271 BBC B. I has also seen a similar drive connected to a Master, so I can't
forsee any problems with the connection. A310 drives were a bit strange, but
they should work.

You won't be able to read D 800k old map discs, because this format was
introduced in Arthur, so is too new for the Master. 640k L format will work
however. I think Arcs before the Risc PC will also read and write S and M
discs, but can't format them.
