Sounds to me like you've got Acorn DFS 0.90. The 1770 versions of the
DFS ROM had *FORM in them, but not the 8271 versions which is what it
sounds like you've got.

You'll need a formatting program. Cumana did one, as did a couple of
other manufacturers. And Acorn, of course.
