Subject: Easy Questions

My apologies for always asking questions on this list, rather than offering 
answers (and thanks to everyone who has replied to my earlier queries).

I have two remaining queries:

1) How can I fit a 32k rom into my Master without losing sideways RAM?
   It only seems to work properly in the top socket?

2) Does anyone have the pinout for the RGB connector on a Philips CM8833 
   monitor?  I'm currently using the composite-video connector, but it
   gives a wavy picture.
