If I'm right the Watford double density FS was for a BBC with a 1770
controller.
In that case PC BBC is the only one at this time that emulates a 1770.

Try loading the ROM into that and see if it works. If the ROM works and the
disk images are still corrupt I would suggest checking your settings when
reading them in with FDC.
