Subject: Eprom Programmer

I recently obtained an old Watford Electronics Eprom programmer,
but without any software, or the ZIF socket for the top.   
Can anyone tell me where I could obtain these items?

(There doesn't seem to be a model number on it - it's just got
 three switches on the front marked: 
 PROG/READ, LOW/NORM, and 28/24PIN, and two LEDs marked PWR and PROG)
