Subject: Master DFSs

Does anyone know why Acorn moved the FDC memory map in Sheila from
FE80-FE9F on the Beeb and B+ to FE24-FE3F on the Master?

Also why did ACP produce two ADFS ROMs in 1986:
ADFS 1.00
ADFS 1.04
which all appear to be for the Master, but would appear rather useless
as the Master had ADFS built into the MOS. Then they produced ADFS
1.08, also 1986, which is compatible with the B and B+ !!!!

Also can anyone clear up the mystery over Acorns DFS version numbering
scheme for the B+ and Master:
DFS 2.10 - BBC B/B+
DFS 2.20 - BBC B/B+
DFS 2.22 - BBC B/B+
DFS 2.23 - BBC B/B+
DFS 2.24 - Master MOS 3.20 But why not a major version change?
DFS 2.25 - Did this exist????
DFS 2.26 - BBC B/B+ Why another B/B+ release after the Master?
DFS 2.45 - Master MOS 3.50 Why the big version jump? Perhaps this is
just 2.25 renamed?

Yours, hopefully,
