Subject: Hardware queries

Hi all,

I've been listing and photographing all BBC/Electron software and hardware
which I own to put on my web site. However, I'm lacking some info on some
items of hardware which I have.

For the Electron I have a cartridge madfe by slogger. In the top of the
cartridge, there's a 9pin D type socket. What's this for - does it allow a
joystick to be plugged into the Electron?

I also have a Torch Z80 Disc Pack. I'm sure there should be more to this
than meets the eye. A quick peek inside shows that there's only two disk
drives and a PSU, so why is has it got 'Z80' in the name?

About a year ago, I got a BBC B in a Viglen PC Case. I already own one
of these, but this one is different. The beebs PSU has been replaced by a
differet PSU. Aparently the machine did have two 5.25" drives in it before I
got it. Was the different PSU an option supplied by Viglen?

Finally, what's the difference between an issue 1 and an issue Master 128
keyboard? They both look identical to me.

I've got a few other queries, but I'll raise them later - after all I've got
to give people some reason to visit my web site.

Cheers, Rich.

PS. The version of the web site online at the moment is only partially
complete, and in particular has no photo's of any of my equipment.
