That was initially intended for a PCB-mounted reset switch, before Acorn
decided to connect the Break key to the reset line.

If you look at the PC's reset switch, you may well find it is double
pole, and so you could attach a second pair of wires to Ctrl.  Bit of a
bodge though, and means running another pair through the keyboard cable.
It's easier to type

*fx 151 78 127
<break>

which will simulate a power-on reset.  In a utility ROM I wrote I
included a command, *Xreset, which just did a *fx 151 78 127 followed by
a jmp (&fffc).  Very handy.
