As far as I can tell from the dox I have, yes.

It has some complicated ASICs mapping the ROMs and doing the mem-mapping the
TUBE ULA, as I found out trying to get the emulation to work. (in the end, I
gave up emulating that and just copied the ROMs into RAM to start with).
Dunno if this is similar for the Z80.
