Subject: Acornsoft Software

Hello,

I have 2 actual BBC Model B computers, one US and one UK version.

I have dozens of software packages on disk for the BBC but I don't have the
time to convert all these to my laptop BBC Beebem Emulator format nor do I
know how to do it.

I noticed that the Acornsoft games commonly known as the best ever written
like Arcadians and Snapper etc are now removed from the Acornsoft software
archives (at least on the BBC Lives) due to Superiori Softwares copyright
but I am sure someone somewhere has them on the web and downloadable.

I and I wondered if you knew of any place I can get them.

Also how do I make my Beebem emulator read disk files as the emulator
program seems to look for .SSD files which have teh actual basic and
machine code files incorporated in them.

Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

Thanks,

Nicholas Dean. 949 721-9990
