Subject: Fixed a beeb... but

Hi

Well last week I finally brought a beeb back to life. Turned out to be a
faulty RAM chip.

Everything seems to be working now except for the econet - which is really
what I needed it for.

Symptoms:
No data is sent from the computer.

The clock is detected. The cable is OK. Tried sawpping all the socketed
econet ic's for known good ones, starting with the 75159 - the usual
culprit. No joy.
Also on the net monitor I get a little line noise when I turn the computer
off - not always just sometimes.

Has anyone any possibilities they can suggest ?
