Possibly if you configure it not to mount the disk at start up (NoDir, 
perhaps?)

An Econet module and ANFS ROM for each, plus a clock box and some terminators.
Also, to do anything very useful you will need a fileserver of some sort.

Chances are it'll just not work if you get it wrong.  The connection will be 
an input to the RAM chip so just try not to connect it to the mains and all 
should be well.
