If it's not a BASIC program, but a standard language ROM, installing it
to the right of the BASIC ROM will cause it to be entered at switch on.

Beebug published a utility a to allow you to 'ROMify' BASIC programs and
load then using the ROMFS.  This worked well.  It might be located by
searching the Beebug files on Chris Richardson's site.
