Here's a 4DOS/4NT script I'm using myself:

http://www.nvg.ntnu.no/bbc/util/dobbc.btm

I unzip one of the archive ZIPs to the current directory, then run
"dobbc", run BeebEm, and whoopie I'm ready to Shift+Break.

I'd like to take half an hour to write a VBScript for this, but I lack
the motivation... :-)
