Looking at the manual for the AMX Super Art ROM, I
think you will need to do the following:

*POINTER ON
<break>
*MCURSOR ON
*BUTTONS 0

Obviously, you'll need the AMX ROM (I think it should
work with either the 8k or 16k version).
A brief description of the commands:
*POINTER ON - initialise AMX ROM, this allocates some
workspace for the ROM.  That's why you've to to break
<break> afterwards.
*MCURSOR ON - makes mouse generate cursor key codes.
*BUTTONS 0 - makes mouse buttons generate
ENTER/COPY/DELETE key codes.
Another command you may find useful is *BREAK which
has the same effect as pressing the <break> key.
