The program included a nice bit of machine code that could be installed

I have it on a Beeb disk somewhere. I also found a somewhat extended
Midi version a few years ago, and got in touch with the author. He
replied that he had written "Cold Tea" when he was sixteen, and had
almost forgotten about it. He didn't know that it had become so popular,
and was quite pleased at my interest. It was, as I said, a few years
ago, so I no longer have his e-mail address.

The Midi version is ever so slightly slower (shame, in my opinion), and
develops the tune a bit more. I have uploaded it to my Web space at:
