I'll reply again hopefully more usefully this time round :-)

If you haven't seen the OS 1.20 disassembly I suggest you take a look at that; 
though from memory it's missing a bit in the middle somewhere (<1K or so I 
think) it's very well commented and you might find something information in 
there.
