Subject: Anyone know anything about the Electron hardware?

I've started hitting several brick walls in my development of my little
Electron emulator, ElectrEm, so in the absense of any good documentation
available seemingly anywhere else, I have written a technical document about
what I think I have found out about the workings of the Acorn Electron above
and beyond what is contained in the AUG, and have uploaded it at

If anyone on this list knows anything about the Electron hardware, would
they mind having a glance at the document, and e-mailing me (there are some
mailto: links in the document) about any inaccuracies they spot in my
knowledge? I am hoping to one day be able to present a completely accurate
document, accompanied by a completely accurate emulator!
