I built one too, but I made a hybrid of two designs I found. It connects too
the user port, and my hybrid avoids the need for an external power pack to
get the +21v programming voltage. I'll see if I can find a circuit diagram
for it. I wrote the programming software myself, and will be happy to
distribute that as well if I can find the circuits.
