It's documented in:
 The New Advanced User Guide, Dickins & Holmes
 The Master 512 Technical Guide, Robin Burton
 The Master Operating System, David Atherton
 The Advanced Reference Manual for the BBC Master, Watford Electronics
 
Doing a websearch for these, or looking at the BBC Documentation Project
at http://www.members.magnet.at/marku/bbc.htm may have some of them
transcribed.
