       I've never used a Master Compact before, I took a guess that it

IMPORTANT!
The Master Compact does not have DFS fitted as standard. Plus it does not
have a battery backed CMOS RAM. Although it has an EEPROM that does a
similar job without the battery

Do CTRL+F+BREAK on the Compact to stop it trying to load an ADFS disc
