I found it missed alot of useful functionality out and had alot of
strictness about variable and labels which just got on my tits.

I used the Lancs Assembler.

Never used the debugging side, I couldn't get on with the interface at
all - I don't in general get along with debuggers anyway, usually more
trouble than they're worth I find.
