Well, it is a stack, but TCP/IP is often incorrectly used as a generic term for
the full protocol stack, including UDP and ICMP, as well as the layer 2
protocols. I think you're better off referring to this as an implementation of
IP, as this is the only common protocol. (OK, there's ICMP, but that's not
important for this argument :-)
