Subject: ANNOUNCE : UEF Specification 0.9

Of course most people won't care about this, but I have today updated the
UEF specification to 0.9 with some significant changes. Particularly :

- all potential discs now storable, including all protection schemes (in my
opinion my solution to this is significantly neater than that employed by
FDI, and the [Amiga] ADF specs don't seem to be available)

- some of the tape chunks have mildly redefined meanings

Before anybody considers the potential nightmare implications of the second
point I'd like to say that all current UEF files known to me (including all
created by either MakeUEF or INF2UEF) will continue to work with no
modification if interpreted under the 0.9 rather than 0.8 or below spec. The
reason I'm making this modification now is to simplify some issues and fix a
couple of shortfalls I'd incorporated when inventing the format before any
images that would be broken by these changes have chance to become
available.

Of course, I welcome comments and suggestions!

-Thomas
