Well, if it wasn't BT directly then it was someone in BT's employ; that
much I know from my discussions with the engineers on-site.  But
let's not get into that, lest I start ranting about how much they've
lied to me about when things would be fixed and how they claimed faults
were fixed when they quite clearly weren't.
