It also helps us to make the best use of, and how to be creative with, the
resources available. These days people take for granted several million
colours available for designing sprites but by the time they reach the last
colour they have forgotten what the first colour is - and having several
million bytes just encourages people to be wasteful. I have known people
boast about their PCs with gigabytes this, gigahertz that, yet all they use
it for is word processing. 

The less you have the more creative you are. Anyway, sorry to get off the
point :-)
