Subject: Master Compact Service Manual

Hi all
Does anyone have, or have access to, or know where there is a copy of the
Master Compact Service Manual? It would be very handy to have a scan of
this.

Gerry Rigby wants to know what chips are required for the RS232 upgrade for
the Compact. All we have managed to get so far is some cryptic info from a
sheet I have on the 8BS website, giving only the IC slot numbers

Any help would be very much appreciated

The upload of the 8BS website is continuing. There are a lot of the
downloads still to be put up there (my connection is not the fastest there
is) and there are still some scripts to be sorted out, but I am getting
there.
