Well, I would suggest not using Lotus Notes or whatever you're using.
It's awful.

Outlook, or Outlook Express isn't that good, but it has all the standard
features, so that's what I'm sticking to at the moment. Never touch
Netscape, that is truly bad (we were forced to use it at my old uni, and
it sucked royally and crashed all the time).
