Hiya 

Can you tell me how to convert a downloaded bbc rom (game) from a rom
file to an audio (wav or mp3) so I can play it and load it into my bbc
via tape?

he suggested I get cygwin, this I have done but have no idea how to use
it,
its a command line driven bit of gear and I'm used to using windows and
don't know where to start!
