I think both the 319 and the 75159 are still in production, so there
shouldn't be any undue problems obtaining those devices.  But the 68B54
could be more of a challenge.

No real show-stopping issues come to mind.  The module would more or
less drop in where the 68B54 is connected.  You would need to populate
at least the bits of the BBC that handled INTON/STATID, maybe some
address decoding, that kind of thing.  Beyond that, it ought to be
relatively plain sailing I expect.
