I've got the ADE manual somewhere at my parents' house. My parents
have recently acquired a scanner, so next time I'm visiting them
(within the next month or two, I should expect) I'll scan them in.

The copy I have is individual A4 sheets, two pages to a sheet; it
appears to be a B&W photocopy of the manual. (I don't know where it
came from; it was given to me by a friend.) The photocopy is of
pretty reasonable quality and it should be easy to get a decent scan.

I don't have the disk, though...
