The largest MFM/RLL drive commercially available was about 150Mb.  You'd
be lucky to find anything over 60Mb, and even luckier if it still works.
:)

BTW:  there's no RLL controller for the Beeb to my belief - only MFM.
So if you were to use an RLL drive with the standard Beeb HD controller
(Adaptec SASI to MFM controller board), you'll only obtain 2/3rds of the
usable capacity.
