There's a scan of the manual for the Acorn Speech Upgrade on Mark Usher's
BBC Documentation project website. (http://www.bbcdocs.com).

I actually OCR'ed this document to RTF format about 18 months ago and
emailed it to Mark but it disappeared into the ether.  Unfortunately my
laptop got stolen shortly thereafter so I lost the RTF, Word and PDF
documents it generated.
