Bah, skipped the word "don't". Rereading it, the rest of the paragraph makes
more sense now! I think I'd still rather pop a native driver into DOSFS
though.

I bow down to your selection of interface - the disc interface would have
been hardware madness. My suggestion was probably going to push you towards
the Tube just 'cos you could run it at 2MHz, but ROM would be just as good.

The only downside for me would be getting the MMC out to transfer to my PC
but for
 BBC B -> long lead to cheap MMC socket in 'the ashtray'
 Master -> use a cartridge holder (possible mechanical constraints)

Hey, you could save me another project if you can find space for an RTC chip
on the ROM socket to give the beeb a real time clock,
Sprow.
