So the UHF and composite outputs still work? Weird. Sure it's not just your
monitor that's not working?

Your repair shop should have a scope, the first thing to look at is if the
RGB outputs are working but there's no sync: if so replace IC48.

If no RGB outputs then replace Q4-6 and have a buzz round the resistors to
check they're not open,
