The DNFS instruction book says that this is one of the
changes from DFS 0.9, that "control characters, top
bit set characters and DELETE in filenames or disc
titles" are not allowed. Doesn't say why though.
Supposedly said files are displayed in *CAT in 0.9, as
the book mentions coloured filenames in mode 7.
