I probably didn't make my original instructions very clear.

The trick is to position the hoover nozzle above the motherboard and use the
soft brush to loosen the dirt from the board and let the vacumn effect do
the rest.

It is best not to clean it with a hoover unless it's an anti static one.
Some hoovers can generate quite a sizable static charge which will likely
kill a chip. A better bet is a blower brush. These are only a few ponds, you
can get them from most camera shops.
