Subject: Re:post, Jonathan G. Harston

Hi, and apologies to all,

I have, in the end, resorted to trying to contact Jonathan on list.
This is after many personal emails and telephone call attempts (no
answer).

I was getting a bit anxious as I soon expected a couple of units to
arrive from Jonathan. This is because, in the past, more than once,
I have received goods absolutely soaked from the UK, and even
with water-levels present inside boxes, due to Singapore rain. A
change of aircraft occurs at Singapore airport, with postal and all other
goods coming to Australia being simply left out on the tarmac, unprotected,
until the aircraft for the final hop to Australia arrives and is ready to be
loaded.

One of my patients, an Australia Post Manager, points out that
negotiations with the Singapore authorities have proved fruitless
in trying to reach a satisfactory resolution to this problem. But
Australia Post continues to try to negotiate with them as the complaints
just keep on coming in.

I think it is good for all who wish to do business with NZ & Australian,
customers, to keep the above in mind.

Regard

Raf
