Subject: Care Electronics ROM Cartridge

Are there any special configurations or issues with using a CARE 
ELECTRONICS Rom cartridge on a Master?

I've just picked one up, without instructions, but it doesn't seem to be 
working.

The machine powers up fine when it's plugged in while there are no chips 
in the cartridge.  But, if you try with a chip in, it literally fries 
the chip - the EPROM window glows red as the circuit is being fried!
