There's been a lot of apathy regarding this, only a few people were
interested.  I think I'll take over this very soon and start submitting
progress of a program.  I think third-party programming toolslike
Graphics Extension, Speech should be allowed for people of all
abilities to participate.  Not everyone's a quadratic mathamatician you
know!!
