Well I can do the web browser:
 http://www.sprow.co.uk/bbc/bbconly.htm
look for "WeBBC", it renders stuff only from disc at the moment unless
someone feels like writing an HTTP filing system.

There's also someone round here dealing with email on a BBC micro, plus
there's an Econet to Ethernet bridge being built. That might help, as the PC
could be left doing all the protocol and just delivering data over Econet,
Sprow.
