All I can suggest is that you edit the file on the PC side to make it the 
correct length, then save it to a BBC disc somehow. I'm then assuming your BBC 
EPROM programmer will be able to read that file from the disc and burn an 
EPROM with it. I've not used your type of programmer before but I have done 
something similar to this with my EPROM programmer which is connected to my 
Model B.
