The SoC actually supports up to 128Mbyte, though the ARM Tube OS currently
autodetects 16Mbyte and 32Mbyte only (my test units have 32Mbyte on them, if
you look really closely on the photo). It could in principle be extended to
handle 64 and 128 too as the PCB is tracked for them but untested as yet.

There are no immediate plans to offer a 32Mbyte version, but those handy
with a soldering iron can fit a MT48LC16M16A2-7E in its place,
Sprow.
