Yep.. looks like relay isolated outputs across the top of the box, 
common ground at the back, switched conenctions at the front, with 
LED status indicators, between, and maybe jack plug inputs on the 
sockets across the label.

Try poking a few values to the printer port (sorry too soon after 
getting up to tell you how) and see if the lights change.
