Electron ULA? I think that's square. Otherwise, I think I've seen
photos of experimental Tube systems with square ICs on them -
things like the ARM Evaluation Unit and the 32016 CoPro.

I /think/ I've seen some Tube documentation with a square pinout.
I've just checked my printout of AppNote004 and there's no
physical pinouts at all, only logical pinouts.
